Reproducta Company devotional materials collection
Scope and Contents
This collection of devotional materials depicts a wide range of subjects, including scenes from Jesus' life, images of the Blessed Virgin Mary, and various saints. The first folder contains six holy cards and one larger image. These items are printed with Reproducta's early "AR" logo, and are labeled as having been printed in Italy. The second folder contains three traditional holy cards and one larger, stand-up image. These cards were printed in the United States between 1948 and 1958, and all have inscriptions on the verso. The third folder contains two bookmarks, three holy cards, and one memorial mass card printed in the United States between 1987 and 2000. The last folder contains full uncut sheets of holy cards that were printed in Italy. These cards do not have any publisher information, but based on the style and origin are believed to be early products of Reproducta.
