This collection is organized aphabetically by location names in Germany. Each series is a different letter. There is a miscellaneous section and directiry at the end of the collection.
This collection is open and available to the public for research in the Marian Library reading room. The materials are non-circulating.
The materials in this collection may be protected by copyright law (Title 17, U.S. Code). The materials are available for personal, educational, and scholarly use. It is the responsibility of the researcher to locate and obtain permission from the copyright owner or his or her heirs for any other use, such as reproduction and publication.

Language of Materials
This collection pretains information sand materials recieved from Marian shrines in Germany. In 1995 the Marian Library sent out letters to Marian shrines all over Germany asking if they had any material for the libary. Contained in this collection are the responses to these letters. There was a second mailing that took place in 2004 and these are also in this collection. There is a directory at the end of the collection that lists all the locations the letters were sent to.
